All tutoring appointments will be held through the “Zoom” platform. You will receive a link in your confirmation email or you can find all zoom links on the Our Team Page.
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, check your junk/spam folder. If the confirmation email is not in your junk/spam folder, please contact us.
If you haven’t used Zoom before we recommend you go to the Zoom Website to learn more about their platform.
For Convenience, we offer multiple ways for you to pay for your tutoring session. You can pay using a Debit/Credit, Zelle, or Venmo. Due to differing service fees associated with each of these, prices differ based on which payment method you choose to use. A full list of these prices are found on the Pricing Page.
When scheduling a tutoring appointment, first start by selecting your preferred payment option. Once you have filled out the necessary booking information, you will reach the Payment section. On this page it is important you select the corresponding payment method you chose in the beginning. Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee.
If paying with Debit/Credit, you will finish your payment process on that screen and no further action is needed.
If paying with Zelle or Venmo, please send the appropriate amount to our business account. This amount can be found in your confirmation email.
It is greatly appreciated when payment is received prior to the tutoring session, however we just ask that we receive it within 24 hours following the appointment. Failure to do so, will result in a $2.00 penalty.
If your actual payment method does not correspond with the payment you chose when scheduling you will be charged a $2.00 penalty.
We ask that appointments be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance, so another student has the opportunity to take your spot. Cancellation within the 12 hour window and “No Shows” will be charged the full amount for their tutoring session.
If you cancel your appointment at least 12 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of the base tutoring price. If paying with Venmo or Debit/Credit you will not receive a refund for your service fee.
